【Notice from Kagoshima City]”Sun Sun Call Kagoshima”: multilingual interpretation service

"Sun Sun Call Kagoshima" is a guidance service that answers simple inquiries such as procedures, event information, and facility guidance at the city hall.
Currently, at the Kagoshima City General Information Call Center "Sun Sun Call Kagoshima", when a foreigner makes a call, the staff connects the call to the Multilingual Interpreter Service Center and respond by the interpretation among three parties. Please refer to the following usage example and feel free to use it.

Language and available time
・English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish  8am-9pm
・Thai ⇒ 9am-6pm
・Vietnamese ⇒ 10am to 7pm

-I want to inquire such as procedure in city hall, event information, facility guidance etc.
-When is the closing time of the Kagoshima City Aquarium?
-Is there a place where you can get a resident card on a national holiday?
