災害（地震・津波・洪水・台風）にあったとき、みなさんはどうやって自分を守りますか？
このイベントでは、災害に詳しい先生からお話を聞くことができます。講座が終わった後は、非常食（火を使わずに食べることができるもの）を食べたり、簡易トイレや段ボールベッド作りの体験ができます。
日本は災害の多い国ですが、自分の力で身を守れるように体験してみませんか？
How do you protect yourself in the event of a disaster (Earthquake, Tsunami, Flood, Typhoon) ?
At this event, you can hear from teachers who are knowledgeable about disasters. After the course is over, you can eat emergency food (food that can be eaten without using a fire) and try your hand at making a portable toilet and a cardboard bed.
Japan is a country prone to disasters, so why not try your hand at protecting yourself?
